I really love this hair texture powder. I have tried many but this stood out to me as the best one. It gives my hair extra volume and makes it look fuller without making it feel sticky or greasy. It has a nice matte finish and helps add texture while keeping my hairstyle in place throughout the day. The product is lightweight, easy to apply and a little amount is enough to get good results. This product is so good I am never trying any other brand! The way it makes my hair feels natural and not stiff after using it is the best thing for me. I typically use some sort of hair control styling without alcohol to prevent flaking after the product dries up but prefer a flat look with no shine or sheen. It not only provided “grip” but also made it feel thick and dry to a degree that I was kind of afraid to brush it for fear of actually damaging my hair.That being said, if you have thicker hair that you want to be able to style with liquid free products, this would probably be strong enough to handle it. If I’m ever in a situation where I’m worried about the weather taking a toll on my hair, I may try this again, but it won’t be an everyday item for my fine hair.The scent has a distinct masculine smell. I’d compare it to the general masculine scents you get in most men’s deodorant or body wash.
